Mine is certainly Lady Lazarus. I find the juxtaposition of the light verse meter with the gravity of the subject astoundingly beautiful. The surprise closing of "out of the ash, I rise with my red hair, and I eat men like air" both awe-inspiring and also etherial.
I could read this poem everyday and never grow tired of it.
